The H2U program helps you take control of the key drivers of adult health: a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, immunizations, good self-care and injury prevention. Through partnerships with national companies, H2U offers members valuable discounts on a variety of services to support healthy lifestyles.

Individual memberships are just $20 for one year or $35 for two years. Couples or those living in the same household can join for $35 per year when signing up together.
