- Directions
- Prepare broiler (on high setting, if applicable). Broil steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 6-9 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Top steaks with shallot-cream sauce and serve.
