- Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Combine marinade and pork in a large plastic resealable bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
