- Directions
- Combine beef through pepper in a medium bowl until well mixed. Shape into 2 burgers.
- Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place burgers on skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
