Dr. Jacki Hart

Jacqueline A. Hart, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine. Dr. Hart holds an M.D. from the George Washington School of Medicine and an A.B. in psychology from Harvard-Radcliffe University. She completed her residency in primary care internal medicine at Brown University, where she helped found a course to teach complementary and alternative medicine to medical residents and published a subsequent article about this course in the Journal of General Internal Medicine .

Dr. Hart co-authored a chapter on multiple risk factor intervention with Dr. Dean Ornish for a medical textbook on preventive cardiology and has collaborated with Dr. Ornish for over 10 years, including serving as medical director for Dr. Ornish's former research site in Boston. She now serves as a consultant for lifestyle modification programs in cardiac rehabilitation centers throughout Massachusetts.
